This paper presents a review about Power Quality and Demand-side Management with the inclusion of PV system on Distribution Grids. In general, PV systems offer the oportunity of changing user load profile. This will bennefit both end-user and energy commercial agents. However, Power Quality issues should be taken into account when massification of PV system is to be done. It is required not only distortionless signals but also reliability in service.
